A chilled sky bar with good views of Phnom Penh during the night time. Wonderful cocktails, we had two dwelling signatures plus the whisky sour, all of which satisfied. There was an uncomplicated listening Filipino band taking part in, and the band was accepting of tune requests. Great for an night to wind down, with interesting breeze.Phnom Penh i
